Join us for a fun and informative evening! Artist and author Steve Fisher will be reading from his most recent publication, A Killer of Serial Women, and answering questions.

About the Book
A Killer of Serial Women is an autobiographical narrative that documents and examines significant events and experiences in the author's life that formed his sexuality, with a particular focus on sadomasochism as the predominant aspect.

From the publisher's press release:

Marten's path is traced from the young child who became fixated on a drawing of Prometheus tortured by an eagle, through the young adult tortured by desires for sexual release through physical suffering, to an almost mythic ordeal through which he learns self-acceptance and compassion. With honesty, intelligence, and humor the book shows that one's inner darkness need not be one's destiny but rather a doorway into life and possibility.

About the Author
Steven Fisher has been an illustrator and fine artist for 30 years, using his imagery to explore sexuality and eroticism. His artwork has shown in galleries throughout the Pacific Northwest, and appeared in numerous national and regional publications.

He began writing in 1995, and to date has published a short story, a movie screenplay, and most recently A Killer of Serial Women (Xlibris Press) written as William Marten.
