Description:
What is narrative healing? How does it relate to Gaia theory? How is
it accessed? How does it work? Why is it good for you? Why is it
part of a global healing experience?
Narrative healing is based
on the Ayurvedic principle that establishes that finding one's own
unique voice is what makes one whole. This voice is the"Stradivari" of
every human being, the unique violin that brings out the melody of a
musician. It is a source of creativity that connects one to one's own
inner being. According to Ayurvedic traditions, accessing this voice
is the path to balance, health, and vitality. Finding the sound of
one's own voice involves reconnecting with one's memories, revisiting
the stories that play out in our subconscious and define us as sexual,
erotic, and amorous beings. This enhances one's inner strength and
immunity and those of one's communities. For each human cell in Gaia's
body that accesses the sound of its own violin, other cells resonate
with its authenticity, thus expanding the process of narrative healing
to a global dimension. Multiple vibrations resonate with each other
and align to produce balance and well being for oneself, for one's
communities, and the biota as a whole.
The workshop will guide
participants in the process of accessing their inner "Stradivari," of
playing the violin of their unique experience, and tapping into this
source of healing creativity.
