Piercing like a Pro

This is a class on temporary piercing that is heavily influenced by the techniques of permanent body piercing. Boss is a licensed body piercer who has been piercing since 1995, and will be teaching play piercing from the point of view of a body piercer.

About the Workshop

This class will guide you through the traditional elements of play piercing, including some of the different techniques and materials commonly used. Also covered will be deep needle insertion and needle play as sadism and masochism. Boss will also cover some of the instruments, needles and materials used in permanent piercing that can be used for temporary piercing.� Together we will go over cleanliness and sterilization, as well as how to set up and break down a station.

This will be a hands on class and you will have an opportunity to put your newly learned skills to use. We will talk about how to combat blood-born pathogens, and how to adapt a routine of cleanliness that you can carry into all your piercing play. Abotu the Educator

BossBondage has been involved in the BDSM community for a decade. He is the co-founder(along with lee Harrington) and current president of The West Coast Assholes(www.westcoastassholes.com), an edge players advocacy group which focuses on edgeucation within the community. He also serves as the vice president of the Portland leather Alliance. Boss recently received mainstream attention, working as the bondage consultant on the music video for def jam recording artists Electrik Red.

For the last 3 Years he has operated his own professional dungeon The Asylum. Born from his love of hemp bondage rope, he started BossBondage.com in 2004, where he produces Hemp Bondage rope in a multitude of sizes and colors. Boss has been a body piercer since 1995 and operates PlayPiercingKits.com which sells play piercing kits and medical kink accessories. For over 5 years he ran his own local fetish night where he routinely taught workshops. Boss often teaches classes at The Asylum, in addition to bringing in other nationally recognized presenters. Boss is an Oregon state licensed body piercer who has been piercing since 1995, and often teaches needle play classes. Boss also runs his own bondage pay site HillBillyBondage.com that will be debuting soon.

BossBondage was the winner of the 2006 In the woods Bondage contest, and has been nominated for a pantheon of leather award. He has taught at such northwest events as Leatherwoods, In The Woods, Body Bound, the rose city discussion club, paradise unbound and national events like kinky kollege, Denver Bound, kinkfest, the folsom fringe, cope, octroperfest, Truly Bound and Shibaricon. Boss is a proud sponsor of shibaricon 2010 and will be returning for his third year in a row as a shibaricon instructor.
