Fantasy 101: Exploring Your Sexual Fantasies
Are
you curious about sexual fantasies? Would you like some encouragement
and support in exploring or expanding some erotic themes that turn you
on? In this workshop, you will have a chance to explore your psyche and
get more information about what turns you on and why, as well as learn
how to expand on the pleasures that fantasy can provide you. This
workshop will include the use of media, self-reflection and journal
writing, and sharing in small groups.
Amy Cooper, PhD, clinical
sexologist and author of "The Everything Orgasm Book," currently has a
practice as a sexual enrichment coach, helping individuals and couples
improve their experience of their sexualities. She offers
presentations, forums, and workshops, and has appeared on radio talk
shows as an expert on human sexuality.
